Basic sequence manipulation

You have just sequenced an Arabidopsis  cDNA fragment and obtained the following raw data.The cDNA was cloned in the XhoI-EcoRI sites of pBluescriptII SK- vector, and sequenced from the EcoRI end, i.e. in the antisense direction. (Note the format of the sequence: a header line (>mysequence) followed by the rest of the sequence, which means FASTA format.)
